What is Block Clearance Therapy?

It’s a unique therapy which can enable you to access your subconscious records and explore your core beliefs and patterns.

​Why focus on the subconscious?

​Our subconscious mind is part of our emotional perception, the keeper of our memories, the place where our primary patterned core beliefs are stored.  These core beliefs dictate our reactions and responses to everyday situations and habits, always with the basis of keeping us safe.

Why are primary patterned core beliefs so important?

These beliefs are created early on in our development, from womb to 5 years of age, using our individual experiences and by observing the behaviours, beliefs and emotions of those around us. They enable us, during this time, to develop as an individual and fulfil a role within our family, community and wider society.

So what’s the problem?

In these early years, these primary patterned core beliefs may have kept us safe and allowed us to move forward positively. However our experiences and emotions change and flow with time.  Some of these primary patterns may end up becoming our own blocks or negative belief systems, stopping us from leading lives which are open to change and positivity.
